In order to ensure prompt delivery, please refer to our detailed timeframes provided on our website. Smaller orders, typically consisting of 1-6 items, will be ready to ship or collect within 5 business days. For larger orders, a slightly longer processing time may be required. If you require an expedited estimate, please contact us directly. In cases where time is of the essence and you wish to track the progress of your order, we recommend reaching out to us via email or phone call.

We offer Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Vinyl Transfer, Sublimation and Embroidery. We can assess your order needs and priorities to choose the most suitable method. If you're interested in the differences between each approach, please contact us.

In most cases it's 35x40cm, but screen printed orders can go a few centimetres larger.

For optimal results, it is recommended to provide vector artwork or high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background. However, we are also able to work with .eps, .ai, .psd, and .jpg formats.

Yes, but there may be some variation between the physical print and what you see on screen. If colour accuracy is of utmost importance, let us know when you order.

To ensure the best care for your garment, we advise turning it inside-out before washing. You can either use a cold gentle cycle or wash it by hand with mild detergent. Avoid tumble drying and instead let it dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight. If you decide to iron, remember to keep the garment inside out. Please be aware that faint marks resulting from our heat set process may be apparent at first, but rest assured they will disappear after washing.

We advise that shipping window is approximately 1-2 weeks
